Know who does what, without chasing anyone

Write a task in one line, give it to a colleague and set a day. A low rating from a client adds a follow-up for your team.

Follow-ups that start themselves

A low rating from a client adds a task with their name for the staff member on that visit. Your team can reach out while it is still fresh.

Everyone knows what is theirs

Give a task to anyone on the team and pick a day. They get a notification, and you get one when it is done.

A short reminder each morning

Each person gets one morning notification on the day a task is due. One more follows the next morning if the task is still open.

Here's how it works

01

Add a task

One line of text. Choose who it is for and a due day if you like.

02

The right person is told

They get a notification. Low ratings add their own tasks.

03

Tick it off

Tap the check when it is done. The person who gave the task is told, and History keeps every finished task.

Good to know

Task notifications arrive on the device and in the app, never by email.
