Question 1

How does AscAgent help retain clients?

Accepted Answer

The system tracks every client after their visit - sends care instructions, checks how they feel and detects when they stop coming. When inactive, it automatically sends a personalised message. The loyalty card rewards every visit with points and automatic rewards when a level is reached.

Question 2

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Setup takes minutes. On registration we auto-generate your website, message templates, loyalty card and automations - you just add your services, team and working hours.

Question 3

Is my client data safe?

Accepted Answer

All data is stored on servers in the European Union and complies with GDPR requirements. Your clients' data never leaves European infrastructure.

Question 4

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

Accepted Answer

No contract, no cancellation fee. The subscription is month to month - cancel anytime, just let us know.

Question 5

What if it doesn't bring my clients back?

Accepted Answer

Then you don't pay. AscAgent stays free until it brings back at least 3 of your clients - as long as your client list is loaded and the messages are switched on. No result, no bill.
